As of today, the European elections have ended, marking the culmination of one of the world’s largest democratic processes. Approximately 350 million citizens participated in this significant event. Germany witnessed a notable change this year; for the first time, youths aged 16 and above were granted the right to vote.
The European Parliament elections hold substantial importance in shaping the continent’s future collective policies. Through these elections, the aim is to ensure that young voters also have a voice in determining Europe’s political direction.
